Personal Chauffeur

The Personal Chauffeur plays a key role in providing safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation for an individual or family. This position requires a professional, trustworthy, and detail-oriented individual who can manage personal driving responsibilities with a high level of discretion and efficiency. The Personal Chauffeur is responsible for maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition, planning routes effectively, and ensuring punctual travel for daily activities such as work, appointments, and social engagements. This role involves close coordination with the client to understand preferences, schedules, and special requirements while delivering a smooth and secure travel experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, strong knowledge of local routes, and a courteous, service-oriented attitude. This role is essential in supporting the client’s daily mobility and lifestyle needs.

Responsibilities

1. Provide safe, timely, and comfortable transportation for the client
2. Manage daily schedules including work commutes, appointments, and events
3. Plan and optimize routes based on traffic and timing
4. Maintain cleanliness, servicing, and overall condition of the vehicle
5. Conduct routine vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, tires, brakes, etc.)
6. Assist with errands such as shopping, pickups, and deliveries
7. Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
8. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
9. Assist with luggage, packages, and personal items
10. Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and maintenance
11. Handle unexpected delays or changes in schedule efficiently

Requirements

1. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
2. Proven experience as a personal chauffeur or similar role
3. Strong knowledge of local roads and traffic conditions
4. Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and comfort
5. Professional appearance and good communication skills
