Personal Transport Specialist

The Personal Transport Specialist plays a key role in delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality transportation services tailored to an individual’s or family’s daily needs. This position requires a highly professional, detail-oriented, and service-focused individual who can manage transportation with efficiency, discretion, and flexibility. The Personal Transport Specialist is responsible for planning routes, maintaining vehicles to high standards, and ensuring punctual and comfortable travel for all engagements. This role involves understanding client preferences, coordinating schedules, and adapting to dynamic requirements while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving expertise, strong knowledge of local routes, and a proactive approach to service delivery. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and stress-free transportation experience.

Responsibilities

1. Provide safe, timely, and comfortable transportation for clients or family members
2. Manage daily travel schedules including work, appointments, and social engagements
3. Plan and optimize routes based on traffic, timing, and priorities
4. Maintain cleanliness, servicing, and overall condition of vehicles
5. Conduct routine vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, tires, brakes, etc.)
6. Deliver a high standard of customer service with professionalism and courtesy
7. Assist with errands such as shopping, pickups, and deliveries
8. Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times
9. Coordinate with clients or household staff for scheduling needs
10. Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and maintenance
11. Handle unexpected delays, changes, or vehicle issues efficiently

Requirements

1. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
2. Proven experience as a personal driver, chauffeur, or similar role
3. Strong knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic conditions
4. Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and comfort
5. Professional appearance and strong communication skills
