Executive Family Driver

The Executive Family Driver plays a critical role in providing safe, reliable, and high-quality transportation for senior executives and their family members. This position requires a highly professional, discreet, and service-oriented individual who can manage both executive-level and household driving responsibilities with efficiency and care. The Executive Family Driver is responsible for maintaining vehicles to premium standards, ensuring punctual travel, and supporting daily schedules that may include office commutes, family activities, school runs, and social engagements. This role involves close coordination with executives, family members, and administrative staff while maintaining strict confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, strong knowledge of local routes, and the ability to adapt to dynamic and demanding schedules. This role is essential in ensuring seamless mobility and supporting both professional and personal routines.

Responsibilities

1. Provide safe and timely transportation for executives, family members, and guests
2. Manage daily schedules including office commutes, meetings, school runs, and events
3. Plan and optimize routes based on traffic, timing, and priorities
4. Maintain cleanliness, servicing, and overall condition of luxury or company vehicles
5. Conduct routine vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, tires, brakes, etc.)
6. Ensure strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
7. Assist with errands such as shopping, document handling, and personal tasks
8. Coordinate with executive assistants, household staff, and family members
9. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
10. Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and maintenance
11. Handle last-minute changes, delays, or urgent travel requirements efficiently
12. Ensure a safe, comfortable, and secure travel experience

Requirements

1. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
2. Proven experience as an executive, family, or VIP driver
3. Experience driving luxury or high-end vehicles is preferred
4. Strong knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic patterns
5. High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and professionalism

Job Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible and extended hours, including weekends.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
