VIP Family Driver

The VIP Family Driver plays a crucial role in providing safe, comfortable, and discreet transportation for family members, including executives, children, and guests. This position requires a highly professional, trustworthy, and detail-oriented individual who can manage personal driving responsibilities with the highest level of confidentiality and care. The VIP Family Driver is responsible for maintaining luxury vehicles, planning routes efficiently, and ensuring punctual travel while adapting to dynamic schedules. This role involves close coordination with family members to understand preferences and routines, while delivering a smooth and secure travel experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, a calm demeanor, and experience handling high-profile clients. This role is essential in supporting the family’s daily mobility and lifestyle needs.

Responsibilities

1. Provide safe and timely transportation for family members, children, and guests
2. Plan routes and schedules based on daily activities, traffic, and priorities
3. Maintain cleanliness, servicing, and overall condition of luxury vehicles
4. Conduct routine vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, tires, brakes, etc.)
5. Ensure strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
6. Assist with school drop-offs/pick-ups, errands, and family-related tasks
7. Handle luggage, shopping, and other personal requests as required
8. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
9. Remain flexible to changing schedules and last-minute requests
10. Ensure passenger safety and comfort at all times
11. Keep records of trips, maintenance, and fuel usage
12. Coordinate with household staff when necessary

Requirements

1. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
2. Proven experience as a VIP or family driver
3. Experience driving luxury vehicles is highly preferred
4. Strong knowledge of local routes and traffic conditions
5. High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and professionalism
